General Incorporated Association unisteps and FASHION FRONTIER PROGRAM (hereinafter referred as the “Company”), comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and ordinances and, in addition to strictly managing the personal information the Company collect from the participants, the Company endeavor to handle personal information in an appropriate manner in accordance with this Privacy Policy as described below, so the participants can use the Company’s service and contents (hereinafter referred as the “Contents”) with a peace of mind.

 

 

1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

The personal information that the Company collect are described below.
・The participants’ name, address, gender, nationality, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, email address
・Necessary information for the Company to communicate with the participants via LINE, SNS, or any other communication tools
・The participants’ history of application, creation, and other information
・Communication log:
The Company may record the communication log between the participant and the Company (in a format of text, message, photograph, images, videos, recording, applications, and other communication log). And in case the participant provided such communication log voluntary to the Company, the Company may keep and record such information.

 

 

2. THE USE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

The Company uses the personal information for the purposes described below.
・For providing and developing Contents, as well as research to improve the Contents
・For providing the Contents related to the company
・For managing the Contents
・For executing general operation to provide the Contents
・For planning, producing, advertising, marketing, etc. of the Company
・For corresponding to inquiries, and coordinating with the participants
・Any other operation related to each of the preceding items in this article

 

 

3. THE PROTECTION OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

The Company will endeavor to handle personal information in an appropriate manner. The Company will protect personal information by strict safeguards against accidental loss, accidental use, modification, and unauthorized access.

 

 

4. DISCLOSURE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTY

 

The Company will not disclose personal information to third party, with the exception of the cases described below.
・Cases where the Company obtained prior consent from the participants
・Cases where applicable and permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other related laws and ordinances
・Cases where the Company outsourcing required operation to provide the Contents to third party.

 

 

5. OUTSOURCING OF THE HANDLING OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

The Company may outsource, partially or entirely, the handling of the personal information to third party (cases where to outsource the management of information including personal information to operators). In such case, the Company will contract an agreement as appropriate, such as NDA, etc., and supervise appropriately in order to secure the protection of the personal information within the outsourced party.

 

 

6. CHANGE OF PRIVACY POLICY

 

The Company may time to time change the Privacy Policy as appropriate, considering the operational requirements.

The revised Privacy Policy will be published on the Company’s website or be notified in any other reasonable way. However, in case such revision requires a prior consent from the participants, the Company shall obtain such consent as appropriate, in a method which the Company separately stipulates.

 

 

7. DISCLOSURE, CORRECTION AND CESSATION OF USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

Based on the Act on Protection of Personal Information, when the participants requested for disclosure, correction, or cessation of use of the personal information, the Company will respond without delay within a reasonable period of time. However, the Company may not be able to correspond to such request, in case the Company is required to be compliant with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and ordinances. In case of disclosure, the Company will charge the participants for certain fee (¥1,000 per a record).
