I arrived in Japan feeling trapped under pressure to keep up with the system. In this project, I expressed that pressure with a fishing net. Unlike ordinary fish nets, these nets are biodegradable. The more time passes, the more the pressure and the fishing nets disappear. The materials used were manufactured from experiments with unconventional materials in the fashion industry, such as sodium alginate used in the food industry and glycerin used in the cosmetics industry.
