Do you want your receipt?” A certain number of people respond to this question, which is asked daily around the world, by saying, “I don’t need it.” I have a big question about this commonplace part of life. I have a big question about this part of our lives that we take for granted. We humans are animals that value memories, memories, and self-information to an extraordinary degree, so why do we pour out the memories that are closest to us like water? I expressed this question through fashion. I expressed the invisible “memory” in my own way by using the characteristics of receipts, which are thermal paper, to visually appeal to the silhouette of the brain, the terminal point of memory, like Op-Art, and by bringing up images in my memory.
