In the midst of the problem of mass disposal, I would like to reconsider what garbage is. Garbage refers to things that we no longer feel the need to care for, and it is people who discard things for reasons such as “it is no longer usable. Whether something is garbage or not is entirely subjective. So I decided to create something beautiful and cherishable out of discarded items. I believe that when people are attracted to something, it will cease to be garbage. This work uses nitrile rubber gloves, which are discarded in large quantities in the food processing industry. The elasticity of the gloves is used to create a hand-knit knit dress. The rubber glove strikes back brilliantly and gorgeously through the dyeing process.
