On August 1, the Kick-off Event and opening lectures for FASHION FRONTIER PROGRAM 2026 were held at MoN Takanawa: The Museum of Narratives, which will serve as the program’s new home throughout this year’s incubation.
The event took place in TATAMI, MoN’s distinctive open space spanning approximately 100 tatami mats. Partner companies and members of the media joined us to celebrate the beginning of a new season.
The lectures marked an inspiring start to the program. Alongside participants attending in person, semi-finalists joining online from overseas actively engaged in the discussions, asking thoughtful questions and contributing to lively conversations throughout the sessions.

The Secondary Selection on September 12 and the Final Selection & Awards Ceremony on December 12, both to be held at MoN Takanawa, are planned as public events open to all visitors.
