FASHION FRONTIER PROGRAM 2021 Prizewinners interview

We interviewed the three first-year award winners, so please take a look.

Grand prize：Ryua Honda

He spoke about how her experience of participating in the Ars Electronica in Linz, Austria, where he was an FFP award winner, has influenced his current clothes making, and about his encounter with jury member Ms Sejima.

Runner-up：Takahito Iguchi

He spoke about the production process, including how the award-winning work was created and why it took him so long to make one piece of clothing, as well as his ongoing interaction with the other finalists.

Runner-up：Yuriko Wada

She spoke about her thoughts on taking up the challenge from the different field of graphic design, having no previous experience of making clothes, her experience at FFP which she was able to utilise in her graphic design, and the future possibilities of the new materials used in her work.
