Grand prize：Misaki Suda

Misaki Suda told us about the relationship she built with local forestry workers in her pursuit of both sustainability and creative expression, and the insights gained from sharing her work with others during photoshoots and exhibitions.

Runner-up：Kiyoshi Tomiyama

Kiyoshi Tomiyama talked about the background of reflecting the traditions of his hometown Amami Oshima, including “Minaori” and his childhood experiences, and the process of refining his work by confronting the judges thoroughly.

Runner-up：Mitsuki Murata

Mituki Murata told us about the transition of his expression and his posture toward creation brought by the jury’s words, and how he overcame the challenge of the coexistence of his belief in fashion creation and sustainability, which concludes the updated version of “Noragi (farmer’s clothes)”.
